Un habitant de Bussy-Saint-Georges, pourtant déjà condamné par le passé à une interdiction à vie de détenir un animal, est accusé d’avoir frappé Nala, une chienne de race American Bully.
Il n’aurait jamais dû se retrouver en possession d’une chienne. En effet, l’an dernier, cet habitant de Bussy-Saint-Georges avait été condamné à ne plus détenir d’animal de toute sa vie après des actes de maltraitance et de cruauté effectués contre un chat et un chien. Selon la Fondation Assistance aux Animaux, il avait alors notamment défenestré une chienne.
Et pourtant, ce vendredi, cet homme de 21 ans devait à nouveau être jugé en comparution immédiate devant le tribunal correctionnel de Meaux pour cruauté envers un animal. Finalement, il a été incarcéré en attendant son procès début décembre. Mercredi 21 octobre, il est soupçonné d’avoir violemment frappé Nala, une chienne de race American Bully âgée de deux ans et demi.
